Absolutely horrible management. The case worker is rude, nasty, and plays favorites within the tenant community. She withholds food services to elderly disabled tenants if her tenant friend tells her community gossip. Today I witnessed her being mean to an elderly women getting off the elevator. Case worker told the handicapped women she made her sick and to get away from her. I do not recommend anyone put a loved one in this situation. This has to be a violation of the TN handicapped protection act. This poor women had no reason to be verbally assaulted in front of people.Upper management would do much better getting rid of the bad staff and starting over. Also I was told my elderly mother has been denied her truck to table food service because she refused to give a person a ride in her car and that tenant went and told the case manager Susan that my mom was giving her food away. So rather than taking the issue head on she then took the word of the upset tenant ( the one that didnt get the ride) she cut my mothers food benefits off. Very unprofessional to do to an elderly tenant, at the word of gossip.Ive been told that this tenant also is given a two bedroom unit when it is only herself living there, also this tenant is given food services, and various other special services because she is friends with the case worker.Poor management, poor case management.Having such bad management can bring down a whole establishment, why risk it get rid of the bad apples before it ruins your whole corporate structure. My next complaint will be to corporate, then to the state of Tennessee. more ... hide ...

Ive just been here for a cpl of months but so fr, its been OK! I like the quiet setting, most of the people that live here are friendly, nice & polite, & Kelly is a nice lady to deal with. My main issues Ive had has been these...1. Not cleaned very well before I moved in2. The maintenance & repair person(s) dont keep with the apt building very professionally. The paint job, was poorly done, & I had several repairs needed to be done ASAP, which should not have to be addressed before you move in. more ... hide ...

While visiting the complex, the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming odor of marijuana in the stairwell. The second was watching the hand-to-hand drug deals from a tenant, then finding marijuana on the staircase w hile following behind the drug dealer up the stairs. The loud music from apartments and parked cars. The grounds appeared to be well kept but trash littered the grounds. Parking is sparse with cars blocking the roadway, especially around curves and near the dumpsters; even worse, parking on the sidewalks causing children to run into the drive lane where speed limits are a mere suggestion.The apartment I visited in no way looked like the modern versions advertised; old appliances and fixtures, creaking floors, windows that leaked air, and walls thin enough to hear all the neighbors. As I was leaving, the overgrown bush at the entrance blocked the view of traffic causing me to edge forward into the lane of oncoming traffic. This is not a place I would want to live, especially if I had children.12/10/2020 update: I visited again and this place is even worse than before! Double, triple my concerns listed above, except they trimmed down the bush at the entrance. more ... hide ...
