Absolutely would not recommend living here. Its overpriced, and the office uses scare tactics and lies anytime you have an issue. Had mold in my heat/air unit and was told that wasnt true, then got accused of cut ting the wire to my own heat during a snow storm after maintenance came to look at it. Either the maintenance man cut it or they were just trying to scare me into moving out early. extremely unprofessional management, and their trick is to try to get you to sign a lease online before seeing the apartment - and to get me to do that, I was lied to about having washer and dryer connections until the day I got my key when I was told I didnt. Newly renovated apartments just means a bottom floor one bedroom with an ear wig infestation when you first move in. more ... hide ...

Thank you for your concern Ms. Heaton. You were correct about policy concerning after hour emergency calls when the temperature is or is not a certain degree. However, you failed to mention a few other factors that came into play. Factors such as the heat had been turned on by the resident and had been running in the apartment from the night before. The windows do open and there are working ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The air conditioner was working fine, it just was not turned on. We later received a call from the resident stating, \"I know my daughter called but I am actually cold\". Maintenance is terrible . Office never answers emails or calls . Not to mention Ive had a mouse issue for almost a year now (not the only resident with this issue) & theyre not doing anything about it . Wont move me into a vacant unit to address the issue properly , even though I have 3 little kids in my home . Numerous emails about it & all they did was set 2 traps out which did nothing . I loved this place when I first moved in 4 years ago , but its gone completely downhill so fast since then . Dont recommend . more ... hide ...

LOVED this place!!! so roomy, and just overall a good experience. it was my first time renting and anna took a chance on me and Im forever grateful. I loved my time there and I would 1000% go back. my apartment was b eautiful and truly felt like home. i had lots of cabinet space & storage, my bedroom was huge as well as my closet. what really sold me was the balcony. it was big and so nice to sit out there and watch the sunset. if I ever had a maintenance issue, they were there 98% of the time. the same day. the gym was super clean too! me & my dog loved our first home. I knocked off one star because the walls were hard to keep clean and got scuffed easily, BUT they do give you the freedom to paint as long as you paint it back to the original color which is almost unheard of at apartments! if I ever live in an apartment again, itll be the palmer :) loved my time here so much! more ... hide ...
