Heritage East was a magical place to live. The apartment building was extremely quiet and clean. My studio was bright and airy with a peaceful treelined view. Michelle has made our move-in process at Steeplechase flawless! Everything from filling out the application and virtual tour to signing our lease and getting our keys. Not only are her and the rest of the staff kind, but they are also great at following up with you and taking the time to answer any questions you may have. I cant say enough good things about Michelle and those working at Steeplechase. She is definitely a top-notch Property Manager! During the move-in inspection, we listed a few things we noticed around the apartment and SAME day, they were addressed, which was ahead of the estimated time they stated maintenance would be able to get to them since it was the day after a holiday. The maintenance team is quick to come out and actually fix the problem with status updates and notes left in your online portal on what exactly was done. The online portal is easy to use when requesting work orders and allows you to upload pictures, if needed. The property is well-maintained and finding a spot in the parking lot is never an issue. Steeplechase has great water pressure (that actually stays hot), ceiling fans in the bedrooms, spacious porches and closets (my favorite part), a garbage disposal, washer and dryer hook-ups, is pet friendly, and for the most part, is super quiet! I lived here many years ago as well with no issues or complaints. If youre looking for a nice apartment complex in a convenient part of town with staff who care for their tenants and actually address your concerns, Steeplechase is the place! The worst 10mths of my daughters life in her 1st apartment!!!! She moved in 12/31/2020. Move out 10/02/21. One, among many of the reasons she moved out was because the appliances were old and worn out. They gave her a green stove, the bathroom had the old medicine cabinet and the sink thats attached to the wall, very outdated. But more than the cosmetic concerns,¦..they were unprofessional and acted very mad whenever she had a question or needed assistance. From maintenance issues, to bill payment, whenever she asked a question?! It was a problem. So my daughter started looking for another place immediately. Because it became so uncomfortable. And they never answered the phones. Never in the office but maybe once a week. It was terrible. She loves her place now. The people are professional and the apartments are nice more ... hide ...
