I really love Parkwood Villa Apartments. The staff at this property are amazing and really care about the residents. Every time I walk into the office I am greeted with a smile and welcoming voice. They always work so qu ickly when we have a maintenance problem or any other issue. Ms. Stephanie and Toliah have grown to be two of my favorite people. They continue to go above and beyond to make Parkwood a safe community for everyone. I would definitely recommend anyone to live on this property! more ... hide ...

Apartments are great & well-maintained. I could have lived there the rest of my life if there had been better sound barriers between the apartments. You can hear everything & I mean EVERYTHING with an upstairs neighbor & across the breezeway. Granted there will always be some noise with apartments but the lack of better sound barriers & some of the loud, inconsiderate tenants there is what ruins the place. And management (past & present) is great but can only do so much in these type of circumstances. more ... hide ...

Trinity Hills Apt is a very nice place to live in. Our manager Ms.Eltha n the Maintenance Staff is very nice n very perfectionnal for all the residents over here. Most of the residents over here does mind our business bu t we can not torelate no drugs on this property. I personally dont do no kind of drugs and I am not dealing with whoever does this so please dont bring no drugs on the property. But Trinity Hills Apt are a good place to live in. more ... hide ...

I moved here a few years ago when they where renovating yes it was a struggle but when I tell you they made it alot easier . The staff is awesome Amber is a sweet heart. hate that she left...ughhh..But The manger Ms.Da nita is a very compassionate person she has help me with so much when ever I needed a ear she was there a shoulder to cry on She was there shes very supportive to my family my children adore her she has made me living here worth it .Yes we have some issues but what Apartments doesnt. Ms. Danita is the best she offers help with out missing a beat I appreciate you keep up the great work .Just love the staff mr.Rick MrDavid and Mr.John Love you guys more ... hide ...
