I would never recommend this apartment complex. I moved in with a leaking roof over my bathroom light that took them 8 months to get a grant to pay for their damage. I also had mold in my ac unit and we got extre mely sick from majority of the time I lived here. July I made it aware I would not be renewing my lease and I turned my rent in August all of sudden my money order goes missing from the drop box. Lets not forget, they dont have cameras that work as Lindsey says. My spouse passed in September and they had no remorse. They stopped taking state vouchers too for covid so I couldnt get any assistance. They charged me for blinds I literally replaced the day I moved out, left the place spotless except normal wear and tear. There is mold on the stair cases and railings. Called to get a hornets nest taken down and they never came. Lindsey is irrelevant and wouldnt even give that woman a breathe of your time. Any of the office staff actually. Their all about talking to their attorney when they get caught up in stuff. I wouldnt even out yourself in a predicament with this complex. They will charge you for every little thing possible, probably why theyre so cheap. My carpet wasnt even nailed down when I moved in. I could go on and on. more ... hide ...

My family has lived here for about a year and have been pleased with the 2 bedroom duplex we stay in.The duplexes look very nice, but after living there for a little while you begin to see that some corners were cut duri ng construction. Despite the few flaws these duplexes are quite good compared to most others around. Our biggest issue is the lack of external ventilation in the kitchen, but its not really a problem, we just have a lot of kitchen \"mistakes\". 9/10The maintenance staff has recently changed. The previous staff provided fast, friendly, honest, high quality work. I have had no interaction with the new staff. 10/10The neighbors seem to be good people (though many keep to themselves, like us) and I feel safe walking around at night to check the mail or take out the trash. The grass is cut often and the area is clean and free of garbage/junk 10/10The manager is nice and always willing to help. There has been several changes to the management staff. They have always been quite capable, but the lack of stability loses a point. 9/10As of this review the streets are not on any GPS system (Google Maps has just drawn the roads, but the names do not appear) so UPS occasionally has trouble with packages if the regular driver takes the day off.Overall, the buildings are pretty good quality, the maintenance staff is excellent, the management changes often, and the area is safe. We are pleased with our decision to live at Cumberland Way. Ive given them 38/40 from above, but they lose another point because of the lack of online map and GPS appearace.
