Lived here for 8 years and never had a late payment, kept the apartment clean, no complaints and no damage! Rent rasied $150.00¤¬ No updates, no up keeps! The laundry room floor is water logged and black mold on the walls.....just take your laundry some where else to do¤ So if this is how they do a faithful renter, imagine how you will be treated ¤ these are not condos ¤£¤£¤£¤£¤£ dont be snow balled!! Little history on the place... they were built to house employees working at the 1982 worlds Fair shortly thereafter this place was known as \"The Hood in the Woods\" until recently it was piss poor paint jobs, cheap carpet and minimal repairs. Four apartments have new furnaces!!!.... installed backwards now they got some new paint, flooring and some cosmetic work and wham bam thank-you mam their condos ¤£¤£¤£¤£ if if all 13 apartments had two vehicles there would not be sufficient parking RIP Home Sweet Home more ... hide ...

Let me tell you the only thing nice about this place is the apartments they are awesome set up but everything else is bad management sucks and the people they let move in has already ruined this place I was the very firs t person to move onto this property so I watched every single person that was somehow allowed to move in move in the management is a joke they are the most irresponsible people ever it will take them forever to do anything that you ask and I moved here from Indiana for school school shut down and we had to move and I paid all bills that were asked to break lease and they had one more fee that I owed it took me 3 months to get back ahold of them because they would never answer my messages or my phone calls then one day I got a letter in the mail from property manager stating I would be sent to collections if I did not but on the letter there was no return address no phone number no email absolutely no way to get back ahold of them I had to call one of my old neighbors from this residence to tell me if the manager was in and then I had to call 3 times before I got s response and when she answered all she could say was sorry I have been meaning to call you back for three months and she admitted to have gotten all of my messages but was to irresponsible to call me back she claims she was out of the office witch is not my problem considering you would not call me back almost had to take legal action because of the irresponsibility in the office needless to say i finally got the bill paid 4 months later but the only thing nice about this place is the floor pans and layout everything else is a joke more ... hide ...
