The apartments/townhomes are really nice & theyre in a nice area! The staff is even friendly, however my application process has been horrible. I called in on 05/18/2022 to see if they were leasing and i was told tha t they were for July & August. I then asked if i could come in to fill out an application & i was told that i could. So i went to pick up an application, went home to complete it, retrieve necessary documents(social, & check stubs), and the $21 money order for the application fee. I then went back by the office to drop everything off with Mrs. Joyce & was told that it would take 3-5 business days for processing¦ Okay cool, 3-5 business days go by, & i never hear anything back. So i decided to call them on the 6th day to check on the status of my application. The woman who answered told me that she didnt see an application for me in the system & that theyd be switching over to online applications soon anyway. So, another 2 days go by & i call back because clearly i knew that there had been a mistake! The woman who answered still says, I dont see an application in our system for you at all. At that point i had waited too late in the day to go by there, so i decided to go the next morning. I get to their office the next morning with my $21 money order receipt in hand, hoping someone would be able to help me. I show them the receipt for the money order & try to help the woman who had taken my application, the money order, and made copies of my ID & Social remember me & of course she said that she didnt remember me! The only thing they offered was to send me a link to my email for the online application once it came available & as far as the lost money order, shed have to figure out to how to waive the application fee. Id definitely still love to stay here i just dont know where to go from this point! more ... hide ...

Its a nice place but if you have kids they are very strict. They basically cant do anything outside or they will give you marks. They also come in once a month to check the place and do it around 7 in the mornin g and slam on the door for you too answer the. Have that attitude like deal with it. There are many flaws!! But for a budget price its still a nice place. Neighbors are crazy. And I still havent received my deposit and Ive been gone a year now. Also saw a review saying its a safe place. It is but isnt. It is beside the rough trailer park and at night MANY time there will be strange guys walking around the parking lot and when you tell management they say its not their problem. We also had the neighbor above us in the middle of the night in a drugged state try and come in our door we had to call the cops. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here with my mother since I was a child. Back in the day it was a decent place to be. Nowadays not so much. Sure they slapped a new coat of paint over some already aged vinyl siding, but a new coat of paint doesnt cover up the ludicrous amount of trouble this place is in. Its a nice place to live if you like crime, Ive caught a man breaking into one of our cars, I hear gunshots at least twice a month around here, after management leaves the office at the end of the day you cant walk across the neighborhood without smelling marijuana. Cops are called here at least a few times a month. No discredit to JPD they are great! However the lack of care from the management staff is laughable. There is crime all around, kids urinating on the balcony, knocking on doors and running away constantly even into the later hours of the night, and car stereos booming so loud they shake the walls again even into the late hours of the night. Nothing is off limits it seems except the presentation as to get people moved in here and get their money. They dont care about the safety of the residents and they dont care about the quality of life the residents have here. After all the bad things Ive mentioned they have done nothing to solve it yet when some of these people leave garbage laying around then THAT IS CROSSING THE LINE! They made a real effort in letting the whole neighborhood know that they implemented security cameras at the dumpster to make sure people are dumping their garbage into the dumpster itself which is good, yes, however Id say 30% of the time the dumpster is completely filled and you cant fit trash in there anyway, very seldom do they take the time to activate the compressor as to make more room for the trash. I feel that security cameras would be of better use around the neighborhood itself but again, they make it clear they dont care about the residents! Just the money! So yeah, its a great place to live if you like the things Ive listed above. By the way the pool is usually never open even when theres not a pandemic so if you think thats a plus to living here dont get your hopes up. more ... hide ...
