Ive lived here 3years and my rent goes up every year although nothing has improved or changed besides the owners, my apartment is molded now, I went June-august with no air, had several water leaks for months and as of now my hot water heater is still submerged in water. Im writinng this review because as a current tenant who has been here for years, I feel that all these reviews are fake! Especially the ones saying how nice the staff is because NONE of the staff has ever been kind or polite, neither does maintenance respond in a timely manner¦Im just appalled at the lies more ... hide ...

Ive lived here going on 4 years now. The office staff is very professional and helpful. I always receive great customer service. The property is always kept clean. I never had an issue with them fixing any problems I hav e, and they do it in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is respectful and does their jobs. Rent is a reasonable price. I really enjoy living here and plan to renew my lease again. more ... hide ...

THERE ARE LIGHTS OUT ALL OVER THE. PROPERTY. WE HAVE REPORTED THIS FOR ABOUT 6 OR 7 WEEKIS. NOT ALL LIGHT ARE OUT. IN SOME AREAS IT IS REALLY DARK. THIS IS A SENIOR DEVELOPMENT. THERE PRIORITIES SHOULD BE KEEPING IT SAF E. THEY HAVE ONE MAINTENANCE PERSON FOR 5 DIFFERENT PROPERTIES. OUR PROPERTY MANAGER HERE IS DEBBIE SHE IS GREAT. Apartments are spacious! Not the most modern, but just keep your place clean and youll be fine. Virginia, the landlord is great! Shes a nice woman and gets the job done. This is income restricted so the rent is cheaper t han market value and the location is beautiful! I currently live here and resigned my lease. I am also not a problem tenant, but If youre a complainer, even the best apartment can be a problem. There are rules, follow them and pay your rent! No Automatic Doors for wheelchairsWasher is too tall for me and I have to use a stool to get to the bottom of the machine.I have asked but was told I didnt quality. This is a danger to me at 78 years of age.They onl y offer AT&T no other service is allowed.We are not allowed to Decorate at Christmas . Christmas tree not allowed in Lobby, only in your Apt.Flags are not allowed to be flown outside your balcony.No meetings too discuss complaints in public.No Staff most of the time to take complaints.No Television in either Complex. Was old they would be. Nothing yet.No access to computers after 5 PM.and None on weekends.No access to kitchen after 5:00 pm and weekends.No comfortable furniture in sitting rooms. Only hard steel chairs and four plastic upholstered chairs.Not allowed social parties even though we lean up and no one knows except the tattlers who live here. I dont know any of the people who commented before me but I was the forth person to move in here and I never heard of any of them. Also Hand rails or special equipment has to be ordered by a Dr. it is not in all apts.Rent has gone up every year in the past three years.*** I will say the Apts are new and so have very nice floors and Appliances including a microwave, But if you are short or confined to a wheelchair than you cannot use them. more ... hide ...
