Tows cars even if they are registered and you have to pay to register which is 4.33$ a day its a scam and they still will tow your car. So even if youre a resident and you have a rental car be warm because they will tell your car so even if you register and pay the fee. And the apartment complex has no background for you at all because they were getting a kick back.Thought it was a nice place to live until this kind of stuff started happening not once but twice Ive had to spend 317.00$ and I am a resident here. And anytime anyone visits its $4.33 each time they visit you cant even have visitors at all without paying, this is ridiculous and this place needs to be stopped and so does the tow company and the attorney they have working for them. They all work together and the tow company has relations to the attorney that the apartments and the tow company have representing for them .Also the manager here when we moved in said that visitors would only have to register and pay to register online after midnight and then next thing I know one of my friends cars is getting towed up in mid air before midnight because I never have visitors at night and this is nowhere in the lease at all and she told us one thing and then this kind of stuff starts happening as well more ... hide ...

Place is horrendous including the people who somehow work there. People go into your apartment when you leave and they dont leave a notice or tell you. Which is kinda not a surprise cause its super run down. If landlord says you brought roaches in thats a lie he uses it as an excuses to send people in. When all their reviews say its infested there. Landlord trying his best to complain about anything when theres thugs who smoke weed there he doesnt do anything about it. He also likes to act as if hes better than you. Cause for guys like him thats his calling career. People have been found dead there, THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN STAY AWAY more ... hide ...

This Apartment is a joke!!! They will tow your vehicle even if you live there. They have a scam going on with a towing company Capital towing to pick up vehicles although they are registered with the apartment. My daugh ter just moved in to the complex. Her first night to stay over night was last night to wake up at 6am this morning to her vehicle gone. She immediately calls the police they check it out and say it looks like its been towed. She goes down to the office just for the lady to say sorry its going to cost you about $300 to get it back. You have to have the sticker on the vehicle. She explained that its her first night there at her apartment and hasnt put in on yet. But , I gave you all my information on the vehicle for it to stay here. Lady says SORRY ITS POLICY! She gives me a card for the towing company but the towing company doesnt have a phone number! They Say they do all corespondents by email! Imagine that!!! We have left multiple emails with no response. We have been advised by the police department to take to small claims court. They say this happens frequently with this Complex!This is Wrong if you live here they should not be allowed to take your vehicle! more ... hide ...
