I have lived here several years and it no longer feels like home. The staff are constantly sending out notices to the entire complex about proper renter etiquette. When my family and I go outside swimming, they are const antly going and checking our swim clothing to make sure it isnt \"street wear.\" I feel like we are being watched like hawks and it is an unsettling feeling. Children can no longer play with balls outside because of the management saying too many complaints from older residents. The apartment children can no longer play with sidewalk chalk, even if they clean it up, because they say it is defacing the property and will call the police. My a.c has gone out and they took over 2 weeks to repair it. They said it was not an emergency and I would be charged if they had to come out before it was my scheduled time according to other work orders. I was told they no longer provide window units. The maintenance guy seems nice though. He can only do so much, per their orders. I remember when Brandy was here, she even offered my family the model room until my a.c was working. The new management is terrible and I feel like they do not welcome families, only elders. I can not wait for my lease to expire. I am an ideal renter and cant wait to get out of here. They no longer do community activities for the children like they did when Brandy was here. The pool is always green, and the dog poop is disgusting. TO top it off, people are always smoking out in the front of the complex and it looks disgusting and scary. I no longer feel safe walking the sidewalk due to the people that hangout and smoking in the front. They are okay with this as long as they smoke outside of the gate because that is public property. more ... hide ...

The picture I included is just the one I snagged today. It is not a true reflection of the disastrous management this complex is ran by.The entire property is covered in trash. Its in the breezeways, parking lot, all over the dumpster. The management does so very little to maintain this property. Its insane that there are hundreds of units and they somehow can afford to do the bare minimum. I visit my friend here weekly and sometimes there are messes (like bodily fluids, rotting food, etc) all over the property to where I literally have to skip steps to avoid it. I know they receive notices but choose to do nothing about it.This place is cheap, no doubt and I think we all appreciate that¦ but cheap rent multiplied by 500+ doesnt mean they are strapped for cash. They are simply abusing the socioeconomic demographic they choose to do business with.Its unsanitary and that remains on the head of management and no one elses.Disgusting.P.s. thats just the outdoors maintenance, not even including lack of care on the inside (literally a dirt do bees nest painted over??).I know a lot of us dont have a choice, but its really shameful that management and tenants no longer work together to maintain the property. I applied for an apartment came with all the documents Bunmi said The company denied me due to my background which Is 23 years old. I didnt know they could deny an application due to a background being 23 years ago. She gave me the run around afterward Im very disappointed in management. What happen to fair housing. When I call to speak with someone over her she gave me run around. Is there anyone that can any my question about how old can the background be before being denied because apparently Bunmi dont know because she couldnt answer me correctly more ... hide ...
