I have lived at Cypress Gardens over 2 years and I absolutely love living here! The apartments have high quality finishes, the grounds are clean and well maintained and the security gates work 99.9% of the time. I feel v ery safe here! The Community Manager, Tony Ragsdale is amazing! Since his arrival the interior halls and common areas are always clean and smell fresh. Hes personable, friendly and professional and makes you feel valued and heard. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony! I have never lived in an apartment that is so well managed! I appreciate all the ways he communicates events, apartment happenings or upcoming weather concerns! Also, Juan, maintenance man extraordinaire is wonderful as well! He usually does repairs the same day requested. He goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are completed and done right. I am thankful I call Cypress Gardens home! Ive been a Homeowner Praise God over 20 yrs. Inside the adjacent neighborhood and Ive always wondered what type of apartment complex were they building in our neighborhood. Being that most of the percentage in our neig hborhood are believers /Praying familys homeowner we Love our familys & take pride in our neighborhood & our familys protection matters. I assure them being that I have a relationship/ contact with the proper individuals @ or in The City of Houston Depts.I can contact them & theyre ready to meet/ correct the issue ASAP.I take my hat, off to the individuals who have been managing \"The Peninsula Park Apt.s\" I dont know what the requirements each tenant have to meet but, they have been & are during an Excellent Job of Managing as well as the up keeping.They Look as though they were just built, yesterday. Well .. I have been here since 2014. There has been 4 managers in my 8 years of residency. Mr Bennie Warren was the Best of the Best.He listened to his tenants problems, complaints and concerns. He absolutely loved his r esidents and gave and did all he could to make our Apts a happy home. Not to mention all the love He gave to the children of Candle Chase. He made sure they were made to feel loved safe and at home with daily activities, monthly Birthday Parties, after school snacks, games and rewards that made them feel special. He also made the Seniors feel honored with a special kind of support and safety. He wanted to make Candle Chase a one of a kind family friendly and safe place to call home. I have never known an Apt Mgr to be so dedicated, loving and professionally inclined. He definitely could not be replaced and will truly be missed.My rating was not reflected on Management. I give the 3s because the Ownership is very poorly. Every Apt complex in this Prestigious area has had some kind of UPGRADES!! CANDLE CHASE IS DESPERATELY IN NEED OF A FACE- LIFT. If I were one of these home- owners I would absolutely get a petition going because these homes are tooo beautiful for Candle Chase to be so trashed out!!DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM ..BESIDES RAISE THE RENTCOME ON CITYGATE!!!YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS! more ... hide ...

Manager has pool closed on Monday to Clean.But her staff and herself love to keep it closed when according to staff pool is open Tuesday-Sunday 10 am to 8pm yet.I went and attended the pool which is closed on a W ednesday and she shuts the door in my face when i ask it to be opened.And she shouts IF YOU DONT LIKE IT THEN MOVE.When she knows I have a year contract that can ruin my credit she still has the audacity to shout that at me and close the door.Bad staff and very slow service.Dont live here if you want you rent to not come with the correct amenities. more ... hide ...
