The parking situation is untenable for the whole area. Multiple residents, have people not on the lease with them, thus rendering them unable to park within the premises.This has caused these residents to clog up all the streets, parking on both sides of the street and in front of the homes of nearby homes, especially on Alderman Dr and Charles Merle Dr.How do I know this? I had an opportunity to speak with one such resident who told me that he couldnt park his truck inside the community because he was not on the lease and was sharing the space with his coworker.This is not a one off. I recently had an opportunity to speak with one of the residents who said that she and her husband was forced to park at Alderman Dr because the car wasnt registered to them and they were staying with someone else.Dont bother, I will not give up their names.I would like to request the staff to take steps to ensure adequate parking is provided to your residents, lack of which is sure to sour relationships with the rest of the neighborhood, who are really unhappy with this situation. more ... hide ...

I moved here n February but b4 that I was n some of these vacant ones my brother n I were doing the cleaning painting n the make readies for about 3 month b4 I rented one the office staff treated me like family the head of matinence is a super nice person gave us our start n my brother n I walk the complex picking up trash that some renters cant make to the dumpster so why not open the door n throw it out n I live on the 3rd floor and have a disability but I dont complain I love livinsome the residents arent to friendly for instance my neighbor he said to my 2friends that place use to be the bomb till their kind moved in maybe it was because Im a MESKIN N HE IS ANGLO SAXON WHO KNOWS I REALLY DONT CARE THANK YOU more ... hide ...

I visit Mabel Meshack very often my grandmother R. Duncan is one of the residents, its always neat & clean the residents are always smiling, staff is very tentative & helpful best staff they are awesome!!!!

First apartment! Just got out of college and was very excited to move in to a full one bedroom. Very nice cabinets and LOVE the lighting! My apartments floors couldve been a little nicer, but not too bad for tile and got carpet! The rent is very affordable, even with utilities! What I would say is that this is a great complex to start your life in Dallas. Its relatively quiet, and most people living here are just trying to live a quiet life in one of the craziest cities in the world. The highlight of cityscape is the staff, Julie, Kevin and the rest of the staff have been wonderful, with smiles and chill vibe to them. I would recommend a solid year or maybe up to 3 in this complex. I am close to work and so is my fianc©, so this should be a great start to our marriage! more ... hide ...

The property manager Jessica does not belong in this line of work. There is nothing positive about my experience here. Ive seen since I applied the unprofessional inexperienced behavior from the office and now Ive had to experience it. Moving in was ridiculous enough but now having to deal with Jessica has really opened my eyes to understanding why this property is in such disarray. These apartments are not properly inspected. Jessica nor her head of maintenance do their jobs properly. My cousins experience recently had also made me believe Jessica is scamming people. Holding onto applications, not running them for extended amounts of time with no communication. Not offering full deposits back even though they never ran the application. She has no order over the staff. Her behavior with other residents is argumentative and disrespectful. Now Ive experienced it because she is quick to defensive behavior. Even when I contacted her boss Bethany she tried to defend herself as if she wasnt in the wrong. This woman Jessica is pure evil and its sad that she still is running this property when she obviously doesnt care anything about it. I havent heard one resident have anything positive to say. Its sad that people like her can be left in charge when they obviously arent qualified for their position. more ... hide ...
