Moving in was already a terrible experience, but dealing with Jessica has made me realize why the property is in such a state of disorder. The apartments are not properly examined, and Jessica and the head of maintenance do not do their duties correctly. My cousin recently had a similar experience and I believe Jessica is deceiving people. She takes applications and does not process them in a timely manner, nor does she communicate with applicants, and even if applicants are not accepted, she does not give back the full deposit. Jessica has no control over her team and her attitude towards other residents is rude and argumentative. I have also had to endure her hostile behavior. When I contacted her boss, Bethany, she tried to defend her, even though she was obviously wrong. Jessica is an extremely wicked person and it's unfortunate that she is still in power when she clearly does not care about the property. Not a single tenant has anything positive to say. If you do get a person on the line, they present multiple reasons why the application is not finished yet. I was informed after I called for days and did not get an answer, that there was a discrepancy in my application that the people in the office AIDED me to fill out. Rather than calling me to inform me, they kept my money and did not tell me until it was too late for me to continue on with the procedure. I am still waiting for my refund for HALF of my security deposit and yet nobody has responded to the phone in the office or ANY of my emails. I have sought everywhere on Google for the Corport office number or the BBB line. This is preposterous. I have become homeless as a result of their unprofessionalism and lack of informing me of the application process. It has been one week since I withdrew from my application. AND THEY CONTINUE TO HOLD MY SECURITY DEPOSIT for a unit I have never seen. more ... hide ...
