Whats the point of lying ? The issue could of been fixed with Simple communication. Instead miscommication and confusion. Then when the Truth came out, They found a way to throw the occupants out. Before the staff was helpful with the exception of 1 whom isnt so Helpful. How do you throw humans out with Honestly with no explanation but saying a document has to be updated. If the original person is dead who signed, There should be something else to overrides the paperwork. Not throw the tenant out I can see if they were trouble makers or Didnt pay Thier Rent. I could Understand. Empathy is on another level I see here. The staff member I spoke with has no joy/ love. Was told tell the party to just leave behind a piece of paper. Can Anyone make it make Sense. BakerRipley was a blessing, but why Didnt Maintenance come fix the apt. after 3 expections? The tenant never was Paying Rent before So when She reached out, Deaf ears. BUT Yall took that Baker Ripleys funds when the 1st like was told Now ...you let a Tenant go because of Faulty Paperwork. Then on top Other staff member agree. God is Good and bless those whom Take care! There was Something you can do but you chose Otherwise.You really think you can keep Denying Gods people and Talk crazy to Them ? Wheres the Lie ? Thank you to the Ones whom took out time to Help and Understand. Youre Sad You know who You are. more ... hide ...

Pros: This place accepted me with an old eviction and got me in immediately. Helen was the sweetest and BEST apartment manager I had ever encountered. The property was quiet and clean and I truly enjoyed my first few mon ths here. The interior of the apartments are nice! My neighbors on both sides were nice and super cool and looked out for us.Cons: The complex went downhill after Helen left. The new manager refused to give me a parking pass even though I had insurance. She wanted me to park in guest parking because I had paper plates (I got a new car). I paid every month on time if not early but she expected me to park in visitors. Bugs werent being addressed timely at first but they eventually started spraying. My neighbors above me left food on the stove cooking unattended and I woke up in the middle of the night to the fire department and my whole apartment smoked out. The complex started to get very trashy and nasty! Couches and furniture left everywhere on the property for months. The inner court is absolutely disgusting with all the trash, cigarette butts, and glass...This is the only place the kids can play safely, but its not safe. Its super loud in the inner court from the loud unattended kids to drunken adults. PARKING IS HORRIBLE! You have to rush home just to get a parking spot, people can park right in front of your door...and stare into your apartment every time you open the door...MY CAR WAS HIT TWICE while parked!!! Both hit and runs and left noticeable damage to my back end. They enforced a new parking policy apparently but people still park in reserved spots. I moved out well before my lease was up (still paying rent) because of management. The management has been poor...I even asked for a bigger apartment for several months and was met with oh we dont have any, but yet they were advertising now leasing 2 bedrooms. It wasnt until I signed a lease at a new apartment complex that the manager wanted to offer me a 2 bedroom. This was after I told her I already signed a lease for a $1,200/month apartment. Im glad to be gone from there but my heart goes to the people who still have to live in these conditions.Im rating based on my experiences.... more ... hide ...

We moved out a month ago. We had been living there for a year and 3-4 months. Everything was great when Cecilia was there. She was amazing with management, she actually cared and tried to help with anything we needed. Th e last couple of months that we lived there. The guys from upstairs would always smoke weed and we have a daughter of 9 months, and they always had people over smoking with them. We told the office and never did anything. Weeks after my husbands truck was stolen from the parking lot in front of our apartment. We told the manager she didnt do anything. We toldHer to look at the cameras she said you couldnt see anything in the night in the cameras. But the next day, they crashed the gates and stole all four tires from a truck. At the point, she was able to see something in the cameras because they got the licenses played from the car that crashed there gate, but when it came to our truck, she didnt see anything. You should care about the people you have living there, especially if they are following the rules you give them since you move in but it seems like she doesnt care. You have to brake the rules and do the opposite to be listened too. more ... hide ...
