My family and I currently live in this community and I just wanted to comment on how awesome the management and staff are. We had a flood in our home and the maintenance staff was so prompt and understanding with assisti ng us. They fixed the equipment that needed repair and got water removal and clean up on the scene asap. Virginia is an amazing property manager and it shows in the care you get as a resident here. My disposal died and was replaced quickly. The cooling part of the air conditioning didnt work, so until they were able to replace some of the equipment, they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worke d really well. The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly. Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been done quickly. Just recently, the lights in the covered parking area have been replaced with brighter lights, which is fantastic. Just recently a person was doing touch up painting in the outdoor hallways. A couple outside lights had been vandalized and were replaced. Some of the signs in the outside hallways that display the apartment numbers have been recently replaced. I have heard from neighbors here how the maintenance guys have gone above and beyond to help them when they needed repairs. more ... hide ...

This place is a trap. It looks beautiful on the outside, you think youve found a hidden gem. But its a joke! Management leaving people high and dry. Water has been out during the winter storm for days now and no help for the apartment. A neighbors apartment was flooded in this crazy blizzard and they having to deal with it themselves! Plus you can see out side from inside your apartment. They say they are fixing things but just run away while you can. more ... hide ...

I applied for a 4 bedroom as well as paid the $200 holding fee. I had been waiting almost two months for a response back. I never got one I had to keep calling so I asked for my holding fee back. I was told it would take up to 14 days. Now it is March 1 and I still have not received it. I truly feel it is about getting your money not renting apartments with them.
