All for the past 5 years of rented from two apartment complexes and April of 2017 I had a one year lease which ended and then I had a oneyear lease with another apartment complex which in it and was not renewed and these rentals were in San Antonio Texas and the second rental I became an eviction they would not renew my lease and they would not take my rent and so when it came time to pay I didnt have the money to pay the judgment and they did not allow me to go to a month to month without having paid up the back rent they had switched over to another company and he created a problem how they care that out and so I had moved on from San Antonio and since that time because of the eviction I had not gotten another apartment but I did pay rent at the various places that I live and pay rent every month and every every time that I rent was due that I live somewhere I paid it and I paid it pretty much on time I would rent a room that shared space shared living in a house and so there was one time that the rent was due I couldnt pay and then I left but other than that when the rent was due and I still stayed there I had paid rent on time or had made an agreement with the management to pay it as early as I could which was within the four days three days of needing to be paid for the month and so my background rental history started in 2017 and before then I had purchased the house which is foreclosed on in 2003 and it was foreclosed and sell in it on in January 2011 and other than that I dont have any other type of formal rental type situation you know other than that Ive easily live with family I live at home with my parents pay rent to my dad but that wasnt a formal arrangement that was just something that he had required and then I lived in my grandmothers house and then Ive lived as a homeless person so that is my background for a rent and then my credit score is in the 500s the last time it was about 527 and it had it I have got notice that it has increased but I dont know what that number is and I dont know where it increased from I dont know if it went down and came back up but its in the 500s last time that I had gotten a report and that was in September of 2022 and so thats thats what information I can provide to you but Im really needing a place to live and my eviction is over 3 years old and the judgment is still on my credit report it hasnt been paid because Ive been on fixed income and I hadnt really been able to get it a lot of additional income I have been sickly and Ive had situations that were created that in a few with me and come to have to have paid at all but Ive moved from Texas to Florida and I have an expectation of being able to earn some income to be able to help myself get up on My feet I still have my social security as long as I live Ive been promised that I have it as for the rest of my natural life and then theres other income opportunities that I will be looking into so because I have the fixed income I have JESUS CHRIST as my resource and if the LORD says the same I will be paying my rent on time
