I have 2 pets both male emotional support animals Im moving from my apt Oct 31st my voucher expires in Dec So Im really trying to get into a place I have 1br section 8 voucher I get ssi income monthly I will have deposit I get paid on the 1st and 3rd I also can apply for emergency assistance for damage deposit Im looking for a place space in great but Ill take what I can given the agonizing search for landlord That take section 8 Id like a yard but not required

I have lived in current unit since 2018 ad before that 5yrs in that apt I have no evictions or judgments owed My credit is shabby because of a few bills but Ive been working on my credit and am taking measures to better it My credit wont effect my ability to pay rent Credit score like 600 give or take a few points

I am a 37 year old female with two large well behaved obiedience trained dogs i could rehome one if needed im looking for a good fit somethinig where i dont have a ton of neighbors I am also very handy i take very good care of my dogs they are potty trained and non destructive The reason I have them is because i was pursuing a dream of breeding them when i was a victim of domestic violence and the end resulted in me becoming homeless with my two dogs However i would like to add that i am very handy i love yard woirk i am capable of snow removal lawn care and or a caretaker position looking for a duplex or small house with a yard and easy access to the outside i have a limit of 1085 i have a job and am also self employed

my rental history for last 5 years has been with family i rented a room in my aunties basement always paid my rent on time and was available for any kind of requests she needed I was able to have her fridgerators replaced with brand new ones and i alos had a friend replace her entire plumbing because there was a bad leak i also helped with snowe removal and lawn mowing we have a good relationship still and she can be a refrence i just out grew the space i was renting and decided to move in with my boyfriend The situation i was in was not ideal and resulted in me applying for section 8 and moving into an emergency homeless shelter to escape domestic violence
