I am a disabled 52yearold voucher holder who is looking to relocate closer to Denison Texas in between Denison and Roanoke Texas specifically is where Im trying to relocate to my daughter lives in Denison and I want to move a little closer to that area and I am looking for a two bedroom hopefully townhome but are duplex within the next 6 months my lease is up here in December and I know the relocation process takes at least 3 months to get everything done with the paperwork so Im just looking ahead of time to see whats out there I have no pets I will be living alone and depending on the amount Im sorry the ZIP code that I move into thats going to determine the amount of my voucher which is for one bedroom but if my voucher covers it I would like to have a spare bedroom because I do have three grandchildren that visit often and I would like for them to have their own bedroom when they coming spend the night or the weekends or whatever one bedroom or two bedroom is not necessary of course but its just something I would prefer to have versus a onebedroom being disabled I would prefer to be on the third floor I have COPD and Im on oxygen during the daytime so with that disability I prefer to not have to climb a lot of stairs to get home I dont mind having stairs in my home if its a town home or something like that this perfectly fine but if an elevator or the second floor or something like that its available I would prefer that any other questions you may have or inquiries about myself please feel free to contact me at any time thank you and have a blessed day
