My original move-in date was scheduled for December 8, but that didn't occur. I had already paid more than $400 (overcharged, so the property manager owes me a credit of approximately $115) for administration/application fees. I was apologized to for the miscommunication and reassured that another unit would be accessible on January 12. Well, they failed me again; I was emailed on the 4th to inform me the unit wouldn't be ready and that I would only receive a refund. It turns out they were deceiving me and gave the apartment unit, that I had a signed and dated lease agreement for, to another individual. Attempts to contact the on-site property manager to resolve this issue were unproductive. I talked to the regional manager on January 11, who was astonished by my story.
