Update 2/27/2020:They were able to resolve most issues (including the 2/24 issue). Were still waiting on 1 fix but it seems like their maintenance is getting better.Update 2/24/2020:Management sent us a lease renewal offer. We accepted it and then the next day they turned around, acted as if the previous day hadnt happened, and sent us a new offer with higher rates!Original:Moved in as they were transitioning ownership (we were never informed). The ball was dropped since our move in date, no one to meet us, no one to do an inspection. We had to wait 3 hours to finally get a key, and the key we were given was a temporary master key (for all the unoccupied apartments). They eventually swapped out the keys. But no one ever came by to perform a move in inspection so we could make note of the damage (and there was quite a bit to make note of!).We learned of the change of ownership a few weeks after we moved in, we got a notice on our door. So that \"explained\" the issue moving in, but still doesnt explain why 3 months in they still havent performed a move in inspection, even at request. To make matters worse, our dishwasher caused frequent mini-floods in the kitchen and it took a week for maintenance to get out, and then maintenance said we needed a new dishwasher and they would order it. 2 weeks later, still no new dishwasher. Finally we called back and apparently they have a new maintenance guy, so they sent him over and he fixed the issue with no new dishwasher required. So its been more or less a nightmare when it comes to management from the start. To make matters worse, our upstairs neighbors are constantly generating noise. Large thuds, like someone stomping around. Sometimes it gets so bad the drywall ceiling starts breaking apart and drywall dust ends up everywhere! And finally the current BS were putting up with is their \"green team\". They gave us \"24-48 hour notice\" about 20 hours in advance. Fine by me. Day the team was supposed to come in and swap out the toilet, faucets, and shower heads we didnt hear a peep. Alright, I may have made myself available all day for them but whats that matter, theyll come by some other time. No note or anything, no call as to why they didnt make it. Wednesday goes by without hearing a word, so I call them up and they apologize \"they should have come\" etc. etc.Well, later that day (not sure when) someone comes by and puts the notice on the door again, this time with a note and highlighted \"Dog was not put up\" indicating that was the reason they didnt perform the maintenance on Tuesday.Hold up? I dont have a dog, and I was home all day Tuesday. What sort of fake reason is that? They cant own up to a better excuse like \"we forgot\" or \"we ran out of time\"? Instead they had to blame me? Pathetic. So here I am, writing up this review because they still havent come by and its nearly the end of the day.Christmas 2018 Update:After having an important present get dropped off @ the office, I went in to pick it up on Saturday (as I was told to). I was unable to retrieve the package because it was \"locked in another building\" of which the employee had no keys to. Employee was \"apologetic\" and told me to come by Monday. Here I am, and theyre closed. Pathetic. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry (5/5)

Ive been trying to get into a unit at this property since late October. My original move-in-date was supposed to be December 8. That didnt happen. Long story short: The tenant who was staying in the unit I was supposed to move in to renewed their lease, or so I was told, and my name and entire renters profile fell between the cracks. This was after spending over $400(overcharged, meaning the property manager now owes me a credit of ~$115,) for administration/application fees. I was apologized to for the first misunderstanding, and then given assurances that everything was okay and they would have another unit available on Jan 12. Guess what, they failed me again... I was contacted on the 4th via email notifying me that the unit would not be ready in time and that the only option would be to give me a refund. Seriously? The truth came out two days later... It turned out that they were actually playing games with me and gave the apartment unit, which I had a signed and dated lease agreement for, to someone else. Attempts to contact the on-site property manager to resolve this problem were ineffective. I spoke with the regional manager on Jan 11 and he was shocked with the story I told him. Thats history now, because I have yet to hear back from anyone for two weeks... Small claims court sounds like fun more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
