Since October, I have been attempting to move into a unit on this property. My original move-in date was scheduled for December 8, but that didn't occur. I had already paid more than $400 (overcharged, so the property manager owes me a credit of approximately $115) for administration/application fees. I was apologized to for the miscommunication and reassured that another unit would be accessible on January 12. Well, they failed me again; I was emailed on the 4th to inform me the unit wouldn't be ready and that I would only receive a refund. It turns out they were deceiving me and gave the apartment unit, that I had a signed and dated lease agreement for, to another individual. Attempts to contact the on-site property manager to resolve this issue were unproductive. I talked to the regional manager on January 11, who was astonished by my story. the service is terrible the manager is very rude they do not serve you as it should be and for one to pay rent on time but the service they provide is not good the truth is I do not recommend this place
