Maintenance manager is the best thing for this property. Courtney the leasing consultant is always very friendly and she tries to be helpful but theres things that seem to Bainbridge leasing took over this property. The rent was raised tremendously under this new management. Theres ALWAYS trash by the compactor and the property isnt kept up. I know of many tenants asking for the groundsman to be brought back with no such luck. Mr. Jose kept the grounds and the compactor very clean. If you have been a tenant for some time, you have the same out of date counters that lift up and are dry rotted but fall on deaf ears. The pool JUST opened because about 2 weeks ago it looked a like a green swamp. The gyms equipment is broken and the rowdy teens are out of control. The parents should be held accountable or the teens. This may be out of management control but theres a courtesy officer that should patrol grounds to assist with this issue. Theres much more to complain about but I will try to end on a positive note. The maintenance crew is awesome! more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
