I was told my credit score was too low which was upsetting since I look at my credit everyday and the score they said they got was not on my credit report. When I contacted the credit bureau they used to check, even they were perplexed about where that score came from since my reports all show scores over 650, with one being higher than 700. I was eventually accepted into an apartment using the same bureau without any complications. My rating was accurately displayed and I didn't have to do anything extra. The unit is situated in a great neighborhood and is very clean with stainless appliances, a fireplace and a wonderful community. Although it was more expensive than I wanted, my main goal was to be content with where I was living. If you apply here, be aware that they may say they only do a soft pull on your credit, but it will still show up as an inquiry and they do take that into account. Unfortunately, getting a place to stay nowadays usually requires both soft and hard credit checks, so to be judged on them is not just. This property is very clean and well maintained The staff is professional and very helpful If I have to ever more again this will be my first choice because this staff made my stay very comfortable
