Bainbridge leasing took over this property Maintenance manager is the best thing for this property Courtney the leasing consultant is always very friendly and she tries to be helpful but theres things that seem to be beyond her control The rent was rBainbridge leasing took over this property Maintenance manager is the best thing for this property Courtney the leasing consultant is always very friendly and she tries to be helpful but theres things that seem to be beyond her control The rent was raised tremendously under this new management Theres ALWAYS trash by the compactor and the property isnt kept up I know of many tenants asking for the groundsman to be brought back with no such luck Mr Jose kept the grounds and the compactor very clean If you have been a tenant for some time you have the same out of date counters that lift up and are dry rotted but fall on deaf ears The pool JUST opened because about 2 weeks ago it looked a like a green swamp The gyms equipment is broken and the rowdy teens are out of control The parents should be held accountable or the teens This may be out of management control but theres a courtesy officer that should patrol grounds to assist with this issue Theres much more to complain about but I will try to end on a positive note The maintenance crew is awesomemore ...hide ...

This is a nice quiet community However the breezeways in each building need to be pressure washed for pollen spider webs leaves and other debris every few months
Parking could be improved but overall enjoyed our year and a half stay Maintenance is awesome super friendly and always were there same day we had any issues

Best apartments ever. Great community and the apartment manager, Marilyn is awesome. She really cares about the tenants on a business and personal level.
