Edit Rental Inquiry Good morning!! I�m looking to relocate to the Georgia area(suburban outskirts) not looking to be near the city of Atlanta. I do have a section 8 voucher for a 3bdr property. I have steady income and would be willing to pay out of pocket as well got there right property in the right area. I�m a 38 year old single mother of 4 ranging in age 21-7 years old! I�m very quiet and always to myself! I have NO desire for company coming to my home at all hours of the day/night! I am very family oriented. I do have 1 fog(a chihuahua) and 1/2cats(one is currently missing) I would love to be a part of this lovely community! I�ve visited several times and always end up falling in love with the peaceful surroundings of the area.

The rent was raised tremendously under this new management. Theres ALWAYS trash by the compactor and the property isnt kept up. I know of many tenants asking for the groundsman to be brought back with no such luck. Mr. Jose kept the grounds and the compactor very clean. If you have been a tenant for some time, you have the same out of date counters that lift up and are dry rotted but fall on deaf ears. The pool JUST opened because about 2 weeks ago it looked a like a green swamp. The gyms equipment is broken and the rowdy teens are out of control. The parents should be held accountable or the teens. This may be out of management control but theres a courtesy officer that should patrol grounds to assist with this issue.
