As a resident of Maplewood Townhomes, I can tell you that this place is unbearable. To start, around a year ago my central air had broken down during a heat advisory, when it was 102° in my unit. Secondly, I haven't had closet doors in my unit since last year, and recently they put ugly brown doors up for showings. When maintenance finally came to install doors, the maintenance guy decided to sit on my bed while doing his job. Today, I was disrespected in front of my child by the maintenance guy, Roosevelt, who came in to intimidate me into not calling "on call" maintenance anymore. He argued with me in front of my kid, and then left without putting a part back on the furnace, so my hot water still isn't working. I'm certain he has no idea what he's doing, which is why he left frustrated. This place has been a nightmare and it's not worth it!more ...hide ...
My stay at Maplewood Townhomes was great for medical reasons I had to move The new manager Tina was on top of everything property was well kept winter and summer any problems addressed asaploved living there

I went in to speak to the rental agent,Diane, and she couldnt get rid of me fast enough. All I wanted to do was try to negotiate a possible way around the waiting list and when I tried to talk to her she got visibly angry. Seemed like I was incredible bother to her just by being there. I quickly left, not wanting to experience any more of this womans rudeness. I really wish I had never heard of this place. Maybe that way, I wouldnt have had my hopes shot down so badly in less than 60 seconds.more ...hide ...

I live at Concordia Arms Apartments and have for 3 plus years. I love it there, management is friendly and the maintenance man is great! He even remembers your name and will always say hello when he sees you.
