Guests of tenants have been caught on camera stealing packages, with no consequences. Maintenance does not adequately repair anything that has been reported as broken or worn out. To get a kitchen counter replaced, it took seven months, and then I was without water for a weekend because of an error made by maintenance when they finally installed the counter. To make matters worse, they said the replacement was from a vacant apartment. Anything that needs to be fixed usually has a greater underlying problem that needs to be addressed. One time, we reported someone who did not live in the building coming inside, and following my wife around in the laundry room if she was doing laundry at night, but we were told that the person was "harmless" and we should not worry. The fitness room has had the same broken equipment for over two years, and the laundry room often has one or two washers and dryers out of order. The atmosphere is not pleasant. The rent is low, but you get what you pay for - not much.more ...hide ...

Their administration is only interested in your cash and will get every penny out of you. My companion moved in and the condo was not cleaned appropriately and they didn't have the dryer safely set up (not venting into anything) and numerous different issues. Six hours after moving in she sent an email about the entirety of the issues she experienced. They blamed the spot not being perfect on her. At the point when she asked to move out they advised her she'll need to pay for 6 months despite the fact that she scarcely lived there for a day, recall, she didn't even rest there. They moved in on Monday and moved out on Tuesday after conversing with Eric the chief. Eric said 60 days installment would work and to email when their stuff was out and leave the keys on the counter. He was messaged Tuesday night about all being out and the keys being left. He at that point never reacted at that point they arrived at out once more. He at last reacted on Friday saying they have made no concessions and they sent a bill for 6 months lease. Next time guarantee your condo is prepared for somebody to live in before charging them over 9,000 dollars. The board needs to get their stuff together. Don't think it ends here it continues!! The parking area is never plowed on schedule so you take a chance with falling whenever you walk out there, they don't even let you move in through the enormous front entrymore ...hide ...
