Did some work here on the property and not even 10 minutes into working someone stole my sweater that was by my equipment Proceed with caution or youll be sharing your stuff with strangers

Frost English villiage is in a nice area where you can raise your kids Very nice amnesties and good maintenance Clean hallways smells good and very quiet and peaceful

Lies about amenities when you come for information Gym is not 247 like they tell people A party room which is only open for walkthroughs and investors dont expect to use it as a tenant Doors always slaming apartment and entry Children run thru halls Lies about amenities when you come for information Gym is not 247 like they tell people A party room which is only open for walkthroughs and investors dont expect to use it as a tenant Doors always slaming apartment and entry Children run thru halls and stairwells Children are also unattended to play in parking lot frequently Garage is small and hard to maneuver hope you can drive or have a smaller car so you can park if youre neighbors havent decided to park in your spot Entering and exiting the garage is another hurdle when snow comes as well because of the horrible hill to the garage door And dont concider talking to management they will run you around til your lease is up that is if you can find them Never in their offices more ... hide ...

If I could give this property ZERO stars I would This has been one of the absolute WORST rental experiences Ive ever had We have experienced RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS OF EXCESSIVE NOISE OH AND WATER DAMAGE Weve been dealing with water damage since the seco If I could give this property ZERO stars I would This has been one of the absolute WORST rental experiences Ive ever had We have experienced RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS OF EXCESSIVE NOISE OH AND WATER DAMAGE Weve been dealing with water damage since the second week we moved in Weve had a good 40 of our unit damaged by water and the last 2 weeks have been beyond RIDICULOUS Our laundry room including the washer and dryer was soaked as well as the master bathroom and part of the master bedroom It took 2 weeks before the drying machines were removed and weve gotten ZERO communication from the onsite management I could go on and on about our awful rental experience but lets just say I still have holes in my walls with pulled up carpet damaged door frames missing trim wood and vinyl flooring that was supposed to be replaced Thursday that no one showed up to do and no one from management has said 2 words to me about anything Save yourself the hassle headache and disrespect and move somewhere else more ... hide ...
