This used to be a nice place, but since the new owners took over, the residents are treated despicably. Vernal Moore, the office manager, needs to be taught how to interact with people properly. She is very confrontational and seems to take pleasure in upsetting the people living here. She lies and it's an appalling sight. The regional manager is untrustworthy as well! I realize these are harsh words, yet my experiences dictate them. There is one maintenance worker who smokes marijuana in his car, but the management turns a blind eye to it. He is very sluggish. I want to make clear that I'm not referring to Mike. All these issues have only occurred since Matrix purchased the property in 2016. You can't rely on the management. If they make you any promises, make sure to get it in writing! It's incredible that they are still employed. The one thing I am sure of is that what goes around comes around! I am moving soon and can't wait to get away from here and never look back.more ...hide ...

All I asked another tenant was what was her problem and her son and about 10 of his friends started a fight. Even attacked my son in front of the police . This could have prevented if something had been done with the other tenant that has been causing problems for several months. Even hitting my 8 yr old grandsonmore ...hide ...

At over 980 dollars a month it should be.Well over a dollar a square foot per month .The management averages being in your apartment about seven times a year. Not counting maintenance orders.Management does keep up with maintenance.That is why so many inspections.If you have a lot of out of pocket medical costs, it is hard to get management to deduct it from your rent per HUD guide lines. Even with canceled checks.I am up for re- certification in August. I will let you know how it goes. They went down a star because of out of pocket medical, lets see how re-certification goes.It is what it is. This is a good place to live if you have no income.more ...hide ...
