New here and absolutely love it The manager couldnt be any kinder Maintenance man is very nice and extremely professional I would highly recommend Loveland Pines as a wonderful and very safe community

I was visiting a friend from high school so I am only commenting so the pushpin will go away so I am going to rate this place a three because the carpets needed to be replaced years ago and probably will not be until a new tenant moves in if then

I realize these are harsh words, yet my experiences dictate them. There is one maintenance worker who smokes marijuana in his car, but the management turns a blind eye to it. He is very sluggish. I want to make clear that I'm not referring to Mike. All these issues have only occurred since Matrix purchased the property in 2016. You can't rely on the management. If they make you any promises, make sure to get it in writing! It's incredible that they are still employed. The one thing I am sure of is that what goes around comes around!
