She is very confrontational and seems to take pleasure in upsetting the people living here. She lies and it's an appalling sight. The regional manager is untrustworthy as well! I realize these are harsh words, yet my experiences dictate them. There is one maintenance worker who smokes marijuana in his car, but the management turns a blind eye to it. He is very sluggish. I want to make clear that I'm not referring to Mike. All these issues have only occurred since Matrix purchased the property in 2016. You can't rely on the management. If they make you any promises, make sure to get it in writing! It's incredible that they are still employed. The one thing I am sure of is that what goes around comes around! Even with canceled checks.I am up for re- certification in August. I will let you know how it goes.
