I lived there for 10 years and Ive never seen so much laziness and and unwillingness to do anything for the tenants Water pipes burst Ive had my whole apartment underwater before ACTUAL BATS flying in from somewhere which is such a safety hazard So m I lived there for 10 years and Ive never seen so much laziness and and unwillingness to do anything for the tenants Water pipes burst Ive had my whole apartment underwater before ACTUAL BATS flying in from somewhere which is such a safety hazard So many tenants doing drugs and management and maintenance just ignores it Management is combative and so rude Vernal the manager now talks down to tenants makes up stories Tried to evict us because I started a job and worked ONE DAY and quit but I didnt report it right away After we moved out we still had some things in our unit we worked full time but were trying to get everything out as quickly as possible Maintenance went in a completely ransacked the entire apartment breaking things flipped our couch and furniture It was pure craziness Please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here This is the worst place Ive ever lived and youll be in hell the whole time more ... hide ...

She is very confrontational and seems to take pleasure in upsetting the people living here. She lies and it's an appalling sight. The regional manager is untrustworthy as well! I realize these are harsh words, yet my experiences dictate them. There is one maintenance worker who smokes marijuana in his car, but the management turns a blind eye to it. He is very sluggish. I want to make clear that I'm not referring to Mike. All these issues have only occurred since Matrix purchased the property in 2016. You can't rely on the management. If they make you any promises, make sure to get it in writing! It's incredible that they are still employed. The one thing I am sure of is that what goes around comes around! I am moving soon and can't wait to get away from here and never look back. more ... hide ...
