The apartments are nice but matience is very slow at coming or dont show up And the guy that works up front in the office is rude I tried to explain an issue I was having and he just cut me off and was being rude about it

I have been living in this area for nearly three years mainly because Nashville is too crowded. There has been a lack of stability in the office, and the one individual they had here was let go, even though it appeared she was going to accomplish greI have been living in this area for nearly three years mainly because Nashville is too crowded. There has been a lack of stability in the office, and the one individual they had here was let go, even though it appeared she was going to accomplish great things for this place. Those in charge do not have any concern for their residents and are quick to blame them. However, there are a lot of children around, yet people need a place to reside and, fortunately, the kids (in my complex at least) are courteous and it is usually very tranquil. I feel that because of this area they continue to raise prices and neglect to make improvements or make the community look better than it is. I mean, where are the flowers? I'm not even a fan of flowers, but something needs to be done to make this location appear more presentable. I blame the management company; they could not care less how we are living and that is why people are now voicing their complaints. I don't usually write reviews, but this situation is getting out of hand with no solution in sight. They have to get better, be punctual, answer their phones, and act professionally.more ...hide ...

It was a terrible experience when the Dominium employees arrived. They were extremely impolite and had a condescending attitude. They were extremely impolite and had a condescending attitude. The regional manager refused to sign my lease because she couldn't manage a discussion she wasn't even a part of. She called the police on me with baseless accusations and openly mocked evicting me and my children! Amber Pratter is exceptionally callous and bigoted! She took away my children's and my home without any valid justification and no other place to go! I tried to call the corporate office, but they directed me back to her. Kelsi knows the truth and also is wrong for not speaking against her own mother (the regional manager) since you know inside I didn't do anything wrong! I never had any altercation with anybody in the office until Amber Pratter interfered with Kelsi's and my conversation. I've reported about the mold for three months to two different people, yet nobody came to inspect it. My cabinet was close to collapsing and I was told that the insurance claim was too costly, so they put a makeshift board to replace it. The staff and the residents are very unkind and unfeeling. My father was recently evicted from Radnor Towers, and he doesn't have anywhere else to turn to. I wasn't aware of his eviction until I came across a letter when I visited him. When I contacted the building to inquire, I was responded to in a very cold and insincere manner, as if the building manager was mad that I knew about it. Later, I got a call from the building saying that he was evicted in a conversation that was merely 22 seconds in length. My dad is a decent person who has lost control of himself, and I was trying to get him help, but now I'm struggling to find a new place for him to live. All of this happened after pipes burst in the building and fans were placed in his room to dry the carpet twice, decimating it. Moreover, he was told he would have to move to a hotel for a month for renovations to his apartment, but three weeks prior to the move, the date was pushed back to August.
