It was an awful experience when dominium staff arrived. They were very unfriendly and looked down on me! The regional manager refused to extend my lease as she was unable to keep a dialogue that she had no part in. She even called the police on me with baseless accusations and gleefully spoke of throwing me and my kids out! Amber Pratter is extremely callous and bigoted! She robbed me and my children of our home for no legitimate cause and left us with no place to go! I attempted to contact the corporate office but they sent me back to her! Kelsi is aware of the reality and you are equally as guilty for not standing up to your mother (the regional manager) since you know deep in your heart that I am not to blame! I never had any scuffle with anyone in that office until AMBER PRATTER interfered in Kelsi's and my discussion. For 3 months, I had reported about the mould to two different people yet no one came to inspect it.
