Better than most of the other apartments i stayed in. We had a good experience. Would of stayed another year but we bought a house. Stuff that needed repair maintenance came out and fixed it with out long waits. They eveBetter than most of the other apartments i stayed in. We had a good experience. The girls in the office were very professional and gave us good customer service. Any problem we had they handled it as if it was their own problem. The apartment was in pretty good condition except couple minor things. When we moved in there was some stains in one room in the carpet and the dishwasher was old. They came and got it removed the next day and gave us a brand new dishwasher. They keep the pool clean everyday for the kids. 5 stars!more ...hide ...
My ELDERLY mother lives here and is not in that great of health so when im off from my job i try to make it a point to stay with her overnight but come to find out that one has to have a parking pass to stay overnight ifMy ELDERLY mother lives here and is not in that great of health so when im off from my job i try to make it a point to stay with her overnight but come to find out that one has to have a parking pass to stay overnight if not their vehicle will be towed ($300 to $400 to get it out). The manager will only allow her ONE PARKING PASS a month which means i can only stay with her once a month..Come on now just because she is on Housing doesnt mean that she should be treated any different than anyone else. I truly believe this is some sort of scam to make money with towing company. I have worked with Housing Authority in other cities and never heard of such a practice. Especially with the elderly.more ...hide ...
