However, the state of my apartment upon move in was extremely unsanitary; when I mopped, the mop water got dirty almost immediately, and it took three buckets to clean the floor. The cabinets were full of dead roaches, what appeared to be eggs, and a questionable baggie with pills in it. Within minutes of entering the apartment, I spotted five live roaches, and though exterminators have treated my apartment every two weeks, I'm still seeing them. Furthermore, the fire alarm was in the bathroom cabinet and was not functioning, and the fire extinguisher had not been inspected since 2016. I'm giving the staff three stars because they have been responsive and have been trying to help me, but I'm still very displeased with the condition of my apartment when I moved in, as well as the fact that the roaches have endured three treatments. more ... hide ...
