Within minutes of entering the apartment, I spotted five live roaches, and though exterminators have treated my apartment every two weeks, I'm still seeing them. Furthermore, the fire alarm was in the bathroom cabinet and was not functioning, and the fire extinguisher had not been inspected since 2016. I'm giving the staff three stars because they have been responsive and have been trying to help me, but I'm still very displeased with the condition of my apartment when I moved in, as well as the fact that the roaches have endured three treatments. more ... hide ...
