I have been living in Greenspire Apartments for three months and I will definitely not be renewing my rental agreement. My girlfriend and I have had major troubles with bugs in our flat, including crickets coming out of I have been living in Greenspire Apartments for three months and I will definitely not be renewing my rental agreement. My girlfriend and I have had major troubles with bugs in our flat, including crickets coming out of the vents (yes, even the one above the loo). On a daily basis, we usually find and get rid of 3-5 crickets in addition to other bugs (spiders, pill bugs and beetles). The management/maintenance team has been very unwilling to assist with this issue - they passed the buck to an outside pest control firm, and the pest control company said it was a maintenance problem and that they can't change the ventilation system to stop the insects from entering. Maintenance keeps asserting that the vents are a "closed system" and that nothing can enter (despite us seeing crickets drop from the vents and having photographic and video proof to the contrary). It's been a horrible experience and me and my girlfriend feel that we have been treated unfairly by Greenspire, in addition to having to cope with a horrible insect infestation.more ...hide ...

The place is decent I guess if you put aside the fact that things break easily and management doesnt do stuff properly, and if you also ignore the fact that the neighbors are really loud most of the time.
