On a daily basis, we usually find and get rid of 3-5 crickets in addition to other bugs (spiders, pill bugs and beetles). The management/maintenance team has been very unwilling to assist with this issue - they passed the buck to an outside pest control firm, and the pest control company said it was a maintenance problem and that they can't change the ventilation system to stop the insects from entering. Maintenance keeps asserting that the vents are a "closed system" and that nothing can enter (despite us seeing crickets drop from the vents and having photographic and video proof to the contrary). It's been a horrible experience and me and my girlfriend feel that we have been treated unfairly by Greenspire, in addition to having to cope with a horrible insect infestation. more ... hide ...
