Greetings I would like to welcome you into my life I am a 61 years young female I started going paralyzed 44 and my daughter ALEDDA was 28 years old I always believed in raising my child to be an asset to society At the age of 16 she was a member of the Nobel Peace prize association The the doctors who were specialist they put in rods and screws in my back Spine fusion I Was in a nursing home for 14 months but they never walked me so thats how the wheelchair came about I have been with the Originally from California whats a RN Nursing Degree Certified Phlebotomist Business Administrating Degree Accounting Degree Computer and Manual 13 years experience in Payroll Accounting I came back to Atlanta from downtown St Petersburg Florida to get my daughter out of a nursing home in Gary Indiana I was living in hotels trying to find an apartment Ive been staying in a physical therapy rehab in Buckhead I month and 12 turned into 2 years now With the world changing and stopping the way it did ITS TIME TO TRANSITION BACK INTO MY LIFE I am a 61 Young female in a rehab power wheelchair so downstairs is a must if there is no elevator Unfortunate last year February #*#*# hidden# my daughter the only child that I had passed away from trauma to the brain dealing with multiple sclerosis It took me 2 months to bury my daughter I had to have her body shipped from Chicago to Atlanta February #*#*# hidden# to April 27th 2021 Therefore there is no children no pets I am interested in renewing my lease after one year The amount of rent on my HCV deposit and porting is blank That is the way it was designed from disability links That is the agency that is backing me with all the money needed for me to be moved into an apartment Application fee deposit and first months rent My workers name is Amanda So Im looking for a new home in the city of Atlanta with many amenities And the newest built apartment complex or condo due to the size of my power chair which is larger than the normal hovaround I dont need any special disability units as long as the door with a large and apartment is large enough But if you have one I will not reject it Also I would need my bathroom to be separate from my bedroom No one can through my bedroom to get to my bathroom I am a excellent tenant looking for excellent management andor owner I prefer you reach out to me through phone contact then my email idream1mailcom I am interested in moving ASAP in the month in July 1st 2022 Because I had to get an extension at this time I dont know when the expiration date is on the Home choice voucher
