My credit score is around 490 As for my rental history we had live in his grandparents house for the majority of 7 years but had a couple of rentals inbetween but we had terrible luck with them October 2019May of 2020 I lived in Webb city MO on Broadway diagonal from the Jr High I cant remember the landlords name but some background on this house My husband at the time my 2 boys and myself began renting this house in October of 2019 I was never late on rent nor any of my bills I always met the landlord on payday at my bank directly after work Well in March of 2020 my husbands mother was in a terrible car accident coming home from Springfield and was pronounced dead on the scene Her parents we crushed and began declining in health so my husband and I decided to stay with them at their house to help take care of them but we didnt want to give our house up because it was very good priced for being in Webb City with our family My brother had just had a baby and he had a girlfriend and 2 stepkids who were desperately trying to find a home So I asked my landlord if it would be okay for a little while let them take over while they try finding one of their home and we would take back over and he was totally fine with that and he had just said to keep the lease in my name or what not so we wouldnt have to do paperwork 3 times which was fine with me too So I payed my bills and my rent for may and went ahead and allowed them to move in and we moved to his grandparents Rent comes due in in April my brother paid it but was late didnt pay the gas nor electric that was in my name and promised hed get it done After that 1st initial payment of rent he never attempted to pay any months rent after that nor did he ever pay and of my utilities that was in my name So June comes in to Play and I have no more excuses for why my brother wasnt paying the rent to him and not answering his phone not door He told them they had to be out by a certain day and when that day came he went and put a lock on the door I do know my brother also did a lot of damage to the inside of the home Im also unforsure if he filed for an eviction and if he did if he put it in my name because I was so embarrassed I stopped answering So long story short my brother possibly got me an eviction and it goes to show you cant help anyone and if I could go back I wouldnt have ever moved out Then I lived on 15th Street in Webb city in a duplex from may of 2015 to about April of 2016 Shane burns was my landlord and is also a very good family friend of ours When we initially moved in I was just finding out I was pregnant with my first son and told him if he couldnt promise me a 2 bedroom after my son was born I couldnt rent the property because it wasnt going to be big enough He promised and promised hed get us in a 2 bedroom So January of 2016 I had my son and in about February I asked about the 2 bedroom and he never responded never responded about it for 3 weeks after I first asked When I went to his car lot to pay rent for the month I asked him then and he just said I wont have Any for awhile and I said well you promised this or I would have never even moved in this duplex and so on At this point we had the living room as a bedroom and th front door blocked off with my sons crib our bed was against the little window way to the kitchen our TV end tables my glider chair and a recliner for our bedroom And in the actual bed room was set up as our living room which barley fit our couches in there When March came I told him I was breaking my lease that we had more room to live at his grandparents house So he wasnt very happy about what was I to do with 2 adults a newborn and our dog we had no room to live and was constantly feeling crowded I am currently residing with my mom waiting to find a house for my 2 boys and myself my husband is no longer in our lifes as we went down two different paths and had different priorities in life
