Excellent rental history I have been renting since I was 15 years old and have never had an eviction and have always had great standing with all owners and landlords Weve been here since 2015 with one year in between where wed moved out to Trenton Mo I am working on my credit As I only have 100 in debt I need to make small payments for 6 months for it to show positive and bring it up faster I have a 560 score I believe We also all take very good care of our homes are clean and neat tenants and I also garden and do lawn care as do both of my sons My 25 year old world for me through Above and Beyond in home care And my other son is diligently looking for work He has a #*#*# hidden# year olds small toddlers and that stay a couple days out of the week as they live with their Mom
