I travel 30 minutes to Crestshire Apartment in hopes of accommodation on a three-bedroom, because no one answers the phone ever. As soon as I enter the rental offices. A Hispanic male greeted me in a disgusting tone, \"C an I help you?\" I asked did they have any three-bedroom vacancies. He said \"We close\" not close for lunch, but in fact, closed down. I found it hard tobelieve because I went to the apartment complex next door but they dont accommodate three bedrooms only one and two. The manager asked me to try next door, Crestshire Apartments, I told her, I previously came from there, and they informed me they were closed down, she looked confusedshe said: \"they closed down!\" She was certain they werent. more ... hide ...

My move was mostly great, unfortunately, the part that wasnt was pretty important. Everyone I have talked to has been kind and very welcoming and helpful. My apartment was move-in ready with just a few items that need to be repaired. However, the elevator was broken and I understand has been broken for a few weeks. I had come down with my UHaul truck full of belongings and had nowhere to put them if I didnt unload them here. What was I to do? Obviously, I am a Senior Citizen and fortunately in pretty good health so my son and I moved everything up to the 3rd floor without the elevator. I am thankful that I did not bring a bed or sofa as we would not be able to move them. However, I am sleeping on an air mattress and will not be able to get a bed until the elevator is repaired. My body was not used to that kind of exercise.I think it should be imperative in this situation that the elevator get repaired as soon as possible. We are elderly and most of us have some sort of difficulty walking up and down stairs repeatedly.Other than that, my move was fine. But please, get the elevator repaired. more ... hide ...

I truly wanted to rent there due to the location and price; however, I was concerned with what I saw. First off, the staff was friendly, respectful, and receptive. The main issues I have with them is their approach on se curity. I will say upfront I drove the property multiple times to get a feel and envision my self living there. I came in the morning, afternoon after work and in the late evening. It was all the same. THEY LEAVE THE GATES OPEN. What is the point of the gate to be open for the general public (meaning the homeless and other unwanted people) to come on property. They have a security booth never manned. I wont even speak on the amount of trash and nonfunctional cars that should have been towed already. The first step to making improvements is to close the gates at all time which will with unwanted people coming on grounds. This will help the grounds team to maintain keeping the property clean. Thats my take. Some of the most difficult and persisting problems have the simplest solutions. Thats my take on it at least. more ... hide ...

I am a former tenant. The only reason I moved is because I purchased a home or else I would still be living there!The breakfast days and game days, movies and library computers made it feel a little more like family. I never met a rude tenant. Cultural atmosphere!The only thing that was stopped was the \"Trip to Casino\" lol my first time was given $10.00 to play and went on a big bus. I won a Jackpot! Mgmt changed so that idea went away. :( I have been gone 3 yrs now and drive by still seems to be well kept. more ... hide ...
