My grandmother has been staying here for 12 years since 2010 in the same apt the manager has been changed several times because of fraudulent behavior but thats beside the case Im posting today because shes b een dealing with bed bugs since March every time we get it together they come back the management has told her if she doesnt like it she can move he apt flooded today in the kitchen underneath cabinet they keep painting over the mold the air is off now and is always going in and out for days at a time I have this stuff documented and recorded for our safety this is very distasteful and unorganized for an apt complex to do there tenants like this I have contacted a couple ppl down town and smash the topic and texas renters association and seeking a lawyer! more ... hide ...

These apartments are terrible. As of now, they are now charging the guests of residents to pay $3.00 per night to park here (after 6 visits) . Excuse me, the dishwasher doesnt work, the air doesnt work properly ( hence why I had to have a window unit installed) and my shower makes a weird noise in both of the upstairs bathrooms¦yet they are worried about parking, when there are a ton of other issues that they should be focusing on. To add insult to injury, there are a ton of empty parking spots (that are empty all night, I know this, as I work overnight) that used to be visitors parking until they decided that they wanted to just make more money off of the people who are struggling and living in one of the poorest parts of Dallas. These apartments are a disgrace, and should be shut down immediately. It is absolutely not fair how they treat their tenants, and the city should fine them instead of trying to charge their visitors for parking here. Shame on this complex and I hope to be moved out as soon as possible. Disgraceful. Please live ANYWHERE except here. Biggest regret of my life. more ... hide ...

I have been maintenance on this property for just over a week and they have no concern for the residents or the maintenance staff.They wont supply maintenance with water un this heat and they wont even order the parts ma intenance needs to fix the problems here.Some people with small kids have gone 2 weeks without a shower because they wont have a plumber come out to fix it, another had watar in her living room for 3 months, another man did not have a kitchen sink for over a week.And they still have not even considered fixing things.I apologize to all the residents but it is the company not me.. more ... hide ...

Sadly, I will not recommend these apartments with the current manager. My experience with Davette Wells was unprofessional, long and deceitful. Never had i experience such treatment from an apartment complex.The applicat ion process went from Nov 13, 2020 - January 11, 2021. In that time frame, I was giving multiple reasons on why my application was taking so long. Upper management was out on leave, there system was down, but they didnt know it, there super busy.One morning I just showed up to the office. Davette welcomes me in. I told her \"Im here to check on my application status\". She informed me that they are working on it still. she said \"not to be nervous about it, I will be fine\". There trying to get us moved in by Dec 21st. Dec 21st gets here, I call her, oh i havent heard anything back from my boss. She calls me for the first time during my whole application process on Jan 4th to come in so she can make some corrections on my application. She said \"im trying to get yall in by jan 8th. Jan 8th gets here, i called her, she informed me that they are working on it now.Jan 11th gets here I get an email, not even a phone call asking can I call her ASAP. She told me that my income did not meet the requirement. This was something that could have been told to me back in November instead of just lingering. I asked \"why couldnt you tell me this in the beginning, she said \"im telling you now\". I told her im coming to get my deposit. As im getting my deposit she hand me an apartment brochure that I should look into that was super small and way more expensive. (Disrespectful)I was so patient with this property and all I recieved was deception and unprofessionalism. I do believe that how you treat people will always come back to you. Just from past residences that stayed here loved this until an unseemly took over a past manager. Dont you think its weird how a new person takes over as soon as new comes in as if nothing happened. Things coming up missing and rent raised without warning and tenants move in as soon as the last renters leave. Visited this place one time and loved it, but with some things being brought to light, I wouldnt stay here at all. For more than a few months the fence hasnt been fixed, yet and just now Im driving and seeing new carpets being put in someones house now. Now how is it that with the two visits I made only one house and and the office looks kept up, can someone shed light on the subject more ... hide ...
