My mother lives here and has been here for 3 years and hopefully the last. It is roach infested. They exterminate but nothing. They can not keep an adequate management staff nor maintenance. My mothers apartment flooded and they brought fans to dry the carpet instead of removing it. There was mold on the walls, ceilings leaking, caulking uplifting in the bathroom. I have put in several work orders through the year and only a temporary fix. Ive been sitting outside for an hour waiting on them to return from lunch from 1pm to 2:19pm and no one. Gosh lunch must last for 3 hours. There is a sign on the door saying out for lunch. Very sub standard management company. Sad... more ... hide ...

I have been living in these apartments for over 5 months now since February off of the argentia side, Ever since Ive got here Ive been having problems. At first I was having a problem with my heat. (I moved in a round that same time the snow storm came.) now Im having problems with getting air in my apartments. The first time they came to fix the problem the only put new filters. Worked for maybe a week then it went out again. The generator outside is VERY old it would sound like its running (struggling to run) and would stop (its a constant thing) once I turn the ac on. I have been calling these apartments about the issue and all they tell me is we will get to it next week. They were so worried about getting my blinds fixed but couldnt come fix my air...I even called emergency maintenance 3 times and they told me they would come fix my ac those same nights but still NOTHING. They also know that I have a TWO year old daughter here with me we both sweat heavily here everyday. Were lucky to even get A a little air with the window up. They dont care about anything else besides late fees, your rent money and paying for blinds oh and fixing the apartment gate. Plus my floors in my kitchen look horrible. If you ABSOLUTELY need to move somewhere quick, this is the place for you. But just beware of maintenance coming to fix things on their time. You would think that the people that work for these apartments would check around them and check inside to make sure everything is NOT BROKEN before anyone moves in but I was wrong. I dont see how maintenance can come fix a crack on a ceiling on the same side that I live on but cannot come fix my ac so that me and my baby wont be sweating.... more ... hide ...

I leased here for one year. Paid my rent on time every time & a few months before the lease was up I asked about a larger apartment. I was then informed that I may not move to a larger one due to unavailability as well a s my own apartment is not up for renewal due to the fact that they had already leased it to someone else.Fast forward to moving day I turn in the keys and leave. A few weeks after I realize I have a outstanding balance of way more than my monthly rent. I call and am informed I needed to provide a 60 day notice of me not renewing my lease.Considering that I was informed I was unable to renew why on earth would they need a written notice?This apartment complex does not care about residents. They only care about what they think doing their job is.Once again we followed every rule and even made the effort to stay. Sounds like these folks are scamming right from the door. They had so many fees when I called to check on their application procedures I had to tell the lady they would not be getting my business.Coming in they want a $6 9 dollar application fee and then after you are approved for the apartment they require a $150.00 \"Admin\" fee. That seems like a duplication of fees. Then I told the woman I had my offer letter from my employer and she said \"Oh thats not a check stub\". I told her I \"KNEW\" It wasnt a checkstub. She then said it again several times. She didnt know I had spent the day calling around and every other apartment accepted the offer letter IN PLACE OF the check stubs.The woman then told me that because it was an \"offer letter\" and not a \"check stub\" there would be an ADDITIONAL $250.00 fee. NO WAY. I promptly told her I could not accept that and hung up the phone. One would have to be a \"PURE DEE FOOL\" to do business with these folks. They hit you up with fees before youre even in the door good and they arent even that nice. more ... hide ...
