DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have been living here for two years and its been awful! They do not care about the residents at all! If I could give zero stars I would! The property stays dirty. You call about a issue they will say that they will do something and do nothing! Maintenance issues get marked as completed and they havent stepped a foot in your unit. How do you know you may ask?!? Ohhhh because I have cameras. Also they proclaim to have 24 hour maintenance yeah by the time they ever come if ever because still til this day they havent been to my unit about the emergency I set up nearly over two weeks ago! Its pathetic! Save your money,time and energy! Its not even worth it! Oh and I cant even tell you how many office staff they have had since I have moved out here! Even the new ones that come in talk as if they are gonna make a change but to me it seems to be getting worst! Go spend your hard earned money else where! Oh or find a complex that will actually truly care about their residents and not just your money! more ... hide ...

Moved out almost 2 months ago and still have yet to receive my deposit. Drove 45 min just to speak with someone in office because they NEVER answer the phone I literally was outside of the building and watched them ignor e calls. I moved out march 9 and gave them 30 days to return my deposit before I started calling. I called once a day for 3 weeks straight and sent out 3 emails and never got a response. When I go into the office they claim they did not have a forwarding address which could if been said over the phone, but they dont answer! Its now a month later since I went to the office and updated the address and still no deposit. So here I am again calling and no answer. I only stayed her for less than 2 months because of all the problems I was having with my unit, maintenance and management. Its very rare to get let out if your lease so that says a lot about this place. Theyre model unit is the best looking dont be fooled by the upgraded units the mirrors in the bathrooms are literally picture frames that you can take off the wall! I definitely do not recommend moving here its not worth your time or money!! more ... hide ...

Not worth the money. This is the most unorganized apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Theres no control or management. There are no gates to prevent robbery and there is no tow control. Its a constant battle with parkin g because we have people who feel entitled to unmarked parking spots. Theres cars that no longer work taking up parking spots. If you want to feel unsafe then this is the place. Dont bother asking for corporate because they never answer. more ... hide ...
