Living at The Lydian has been great! With new management the building has been nothing but 5 stars, with their weekly residents events and wanting to interact with us. The office and Maintenance team are so easy to comm unicate with and answer any question we have.It is unfortunate, other people leave negative reviews when issues are common and is something no one is able to control.Crime is every where, I dont understand how management is going to control reckless drivers (when the police department cant even control that) Drunk fights happen everywhere (specially living down town where you can find bars in the area & keep in mind the majority of the people do not drive) Shooting is something that is happening everywhere as well and in the time i have lived here not one shooting has actually happen inside or near our building. Downtown Denver is known for having homeless tents and the city has been working to clean up the streets.Management does a great job communication information regarding the building or anything that has to do with the building. Its common sense that If there is a shooting near the area or across the street it is something they might not communicate with us because its something that did not happen on the property.Rental increases are going to happen everywhere we live. The market rises all the time. My very first apartment was 500 sq. ft. and rent used to be really cheap back in the day and paid $450 - $500 monthly. and now in 2022 i am paying $1790. Also back in the day pay was verry low and now its a lot better.I feel with the previous review was not doing justice to our amazing building we live at. The Lydian is a great place to live and personally i love having The Welton Room & River Yoga where i live. more ... hide ...
