If I could give it star I would! From multiple management hires that did NO managing whatsoever since living here the only new things that they do replace are the workers! The apartments have been infested with roaches, bed bugs and spiders IN THAT ORDER!! The floor is uneven and the screws are BUSTING out of the walls. Sometimes its hot water sometimes its not. They dont respond to broken things in the apartments. The trash cans majority of the time overflow and they dont pick up trash as they are suppose to as maintenance. HARDLY ANY PARKING they do ask for a list of everyone in the house and only do 2 stickers per car. THEY LOVE THEIR TOWING COMPANY ALOT! 911 does not respond quickly back here. They havent refurbished a thing but made sure to paint over apartments and false advertise to take your money! You might do better at the butlers! more ... hide ...

I asked ASHLEY several times in one day to send me a copy of my SS number. I explained to her that I needed it the SAME day by 5:30. She kept telling me she was going to email it to me but never did. I think she was upse t because I didnt rent from their complex and was in the process of renting from another MUCH better than theirs. Thanks ALOT ASHLEY and Ms. PAT, I was approved for a much UPDATED apartment in an PREMIUM AREA WITHOUT the info that I asked for! Thanks ALOT, Will be enjoying my place soon, bye the way, Im in 2/2!! more ... hide ...

As someone who was preparing a cross country move back to Texas, Ive gotta say that the staff here really made the process painless and simple! Mesha was a delight to work with and I appreciate her willingness to answer any questions that I or my partner have (even the dumb ones!).Although there were a few things that needed to be fixed after moving in, the maintenance team was quick to fix it and friendly. Ive lived in apartments where the landlords and maintenance team neglect the residents repair requests, so its refreshing to see thats not the case here.As for the apartment units themselves, Im pleased to say that its got charm! Our unit in particular has a great industrial feeling to it, with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and even hardwood floors to boot.All in all, Ive had a great time living here. Bonus points for the rent being pretty good compared to neighboring complexes in the area. more ... hide ...
