About 5 years agoCambridge Court Apartments.Was the most beautiful apartments down that road I was very excited to be living in these nice apartments they took very good care of them the manager was not lazy she always w alked the property very kind sweet woman the maintenance guys were all Hispanic.. They were very responsible and dedicated to their job everything was fixed On time. Swimming pools were cleaned we had keys to open the pool gates were locked cameras were rolling everything was working good we had a great community. When we found out about our manager leaving we were very upset no one wanted her to go she had everything going for us.. When the new management came out she decided to start letting bad people move into the Units they started to destroy The property throwing out trash In the front door Breaking down the fence breaking into cars because of that manager.. Not making better choices in using her better skills on who she should allowed to be living on property more ... hide ...

I wish I could give this stupid forest a minus 0 star, all they wanna do is steal peoples money and not work with them.Their maintenance people are very useless they shouldnt be driving around like they have somethin g theyre doing because theres NONE.AND NOW VISITORS CANT PARK IN THEIR VISITORS PARKING THAT THERES A LIMIT OF 40.They wanna make you pay for a parking and if you dont you get your car towed trashy forest so called apartments.Their unprofessional office people can come and sleep in their visitors parking since visitors are not welcome.SOOOOOOOOOOOOO UNBELIEVABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I wish the government can come and destroy them and I would help. more ... hide ...

I had to leave this review because I have to say that I LOVE aventine apartments. I have been here almost 2 yrs now, Marlena and Ashley and the rest of their staff have became family to me. I have never once had a proble m with them and they all truly care about the people who live here. I consider myself incredibly lucky to be here in a nice area with nice neighbors. Any matinence issues they are always on top of it. Ive never experienced any issues here, and always recommend these apartments when people are looking to move.
