The apartments and grounds are pleasant. This is an apartment for seniors and disabled persons. Current manager (2015- 2016) is very unprofessional, unkind, and uncaring for her residents. I have witnessed actual h arassment and double-standards by apartment manager towards residents. Rules that are suddenly enforced for certain residents and not all the residents in the complex. Manager door is kept locked and one must request time. Then, you have to wait......a day or more for a respond. As far as safety, there have been incidents where residents have been threatened and/or accosted violently in the parking lots and their apartments. I have not seen any action to improve safety of residents. Management and maintenance let themselves in your apartment while you are NOT home without notice and without your consent for so-called maintenance issues. Ducks everywhere from nearby pond. Requires cats be leashed. Some residents, but not all... have to leash their pet cats to go outside. Pet cats (vaccinated, fixed, declawed, mostly indoor pets) that have lived there for years and have never been on a leash are suddenly (Fall 2015) supposed to be leashed to go outside. Beloved cats are disappearing without a trace! more ... hide ...

I really want these apartments to be checked by a housing agency or something because these are the worst. Nobody ever comes out of their apartment or town home to just hang out because its ghetto and there are too many creeps. Not to mention all of the drama, police, and ambulances that have been here almost every other week for the past 4 years Ive been here. The rent keeps going up, to me, for no reason because these town homes arent even worth $800 for rent. The no pets policy is absurd, and its just not somewhere I want to live. I lived there for six years I moved out last year on July 2021 and I left that apartment clean the only thing I was not able to clean was the oven and that was due to my knee surgery , yes I did not expect to get all My deposit back However i did report so many times broken items but they would always say they on back order...I MEAN ALWAYS...many times the turnover rate of managers was insane,I have called several times and emailed the Manger 4 maybe 5 times to see about the result of the deposit and I would like a detailed explanation of how it was calculated...it is now 7 months later and nothing,..she has stated she will send it in mail on Friday and she waiting on something or other.. It really saddens me that this has happened since I stayed there so many years endured an roach infestation that was never truly dealt with...I literally threw away so many belongings because of that and still either the manager or the companyAre just plain money hungry, lying and taking advantage of the disabled/disadvantaged people who live in these crime ridden areas. So much violence happens in those apartments and those gates worked one time in all those years I lived there. There is no good cameras and the lighting is a joke. more ... hide ...
